@rizzi,thnx for the link.the article link is working and are very imformative.provides pdf's and of the related documents.however you do need hard work and self motivation for proper results.i am preparing for IAS 2013 but with today's competition I feel that one must join some sort of coaching institute for proper preparation of IAS Hindi preparartion. I have enrolled myself at http://www.wiziq.com/course/7109-upsc-civil-services-general-studies-prelims-cum-mains-exam-preparation as it is one of the best available online course and I think it's yielding results :) :)
